Manhattan Skyline After A Storm (October, 2006)

It had been raining all morning and afternoon. A couple of hours before sunset, the rain stopped and the clouds parted... but then, right before sunset, the clouds started to gather again. Here is a swath of Mid-Town Manhattan skyline, as seen from my balcony, including the Chysler and Met Life (formerly Pam Am) Buildinhgs, at the beginning of sunset, as clouds thicken (photo taken on 10-28-2006).
