Empire Blue (NYC, November 2007)
Fog often creates a spectacular light-show around a brightly and colorfully lit Empire State Building!
The purple haze in the lower half of the photo has nothing to do with Jimi Hendrix or what he was smoking. It is the fading light of a late sunset.
